Creating effective residential tenancy agreements and monitoring the terms set out are the basis for successful tenancies. 5S also scrupulously look after monetary schedules and employs strict procedures for the collection of rent to ensure timely and accurate payments from our tenants.
Property Inspections
Moving in
5S conducts careful property inspections prior to every new tenancy. Using detailed photo, video and written reports, we document the exact condition of the property interior and exterior before any tenant moves in.
Moving out
At the end of every tenancy, a corresponding inventory is taken directly compare the state of the property from start to finish. Using these references, any repairs needed are made and paid for out of the funds from the tenant security deposit.
Regular home inspections
Throughout all tenancies, properties are inspected by trained team members to ensure tenant compliance with agreed upon lease terms and to report and act on any potential maintenance issues.
Accounts
5S uses a detailed accounting system, keeping complete and accurate records of every income and expense that affects each property. We generate bi-monthly and yearly statements that clearly report and summarise all financial activities connected to your property.
